Technology Gateway Manager
Richard is the manager of the Nimbus Technology Gateway. He directs the industry-led research and technology-transfer programmes for new and established companies in the domain of next generation software systems, embedded software and hardware computing technologies. Richard has worked across the globe for blue chip consulting and engineering companies and is also involved in successful Irish start-ups. He oversees between 30 – 40 staff, delivering over 60 projects per annum with an annual research budget of approximately €2 to €3m.
