What is the refund / transfer policy for the tickets?

All ticket purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE but you can transfer your ticket to another delegate provided you inform us via email.

Will there be food provided?

There will be food provided as well as tea and coffee breaks in between sessions. The same applies for Day 2 of the event.

Do you charge VAT?

Yes, VAT is applied already in the price of the tickets. For sponsorships, all prices outlined are excluding VAT which is at 23%.
